Why the company exists
Property in Western New York is cheap enough to be reachable and old enough to be complicated. A lot of the housing stock in Buffalo and Niagara Falls predates 1978, which means lead. A lot of it predates 1980, which means asbestos in the pipe wrap, the floor tile and the siding. Buy one of these properties without knowing that and the first violation notice is a shock.

Raqib is Bengali, and a meaningful share of the client base is Bengali and wider South Asian. That is a practical advantage, not a slogan. A first-generation owner reading a management agreement or a lead abatement order in a second language is exposed in a way that is easy to exploit. Here the conversation can happen in Bangla, Hindi or Urdu, and nobody signs a document they have not had explained to them properly.
None of that narrows who the company works for. The majority of the work is ordinary Western New York property work for Western New York people of every background. Bengali community services and South Asian owner services exist because the need is real, not because the door is selective.
